How Do I Become a Canuck?

We are always on the lookout for the next generation of Canucks, to continue the winning tradition we established in 1971.  However, it takes a special person and player to join the Canucks family.

Home Games

Interested players should start by attending our home games and familiarizing themselves with our arena, fans, league and organization.  Most are Friday nights at 7 p.m. at the Gale Centre.  See the “Schedule” tab for further details and updates.

Billet, Sponsorship and/or Volunteer Opportunities

Contact us for billet, sponsorship and/or volunteer opportunities.  This is a great way for interested players and their families to introduce themselves to our owners, directors and key staff.  See the “Sponsors” tab for further information.

Summer Development Skates

Minor and junior hockey players, U14 and above, are invited to register for our summer development skates, which run weekly, usually on Sunday nights, at the Gale Centre, from May to August.  They are coached and organized by some of our directors and key staff, allowing them to develop and evaluate the next generation of Canucks over the course of several weeks.  They also serve as a good introduction to our arena and organization.

Prospects Camp

Minor and junior hockey players, U16 and above, are invited to register for our prospects camp, which usually runs in May at the Gale Centre.  Our directors and key staff will be on hand, evaluating players and extending invites to our main training camp in August.  It also serves as a good introduction to our arena and organization.

In short, let us get to know you!
